There was only one Championship match on Friday morning and that one match had the potential to put an enormous wrench in Bolton's marketing ideas. Gianfranco Zola's Watford team moved to the King Power Stadium to battle Nigel Pearson's Leicester City in a high (ish) of the table conflict. In the beginning of the day, the Hornets lay four things straight back of second-place Hull City. A win would have cast them right back in to the intelligent promotion mix. They did just that. The match was mostly end-to-end with both sides making out chances for much of the very first half. Watford would proceed thanks to Troy Deeney rating his 19th goal of the growing season from just six yards out. That goal wasn't the story of the fit as on-loan Chelsea kid Nathaniel Chalobah obtained one that lovers of the game will likely remember for decades ahead. His purpose was this is of a screamer because of its speed, ideal position, and the fact it left everyone shell-shocked. The target would prove to be the eventual match-winner as winners were walked out 2-1 by the Hornets. The Foxes might draw one right back soon after the hour mark because of Harry Kane however it proved too little too late. The win brings Watford within a level of Hull City (at the time of writing) but as Bolton fans, we are maybe not at all troubled about that. Leicester City's loss leaves them in seventh place with Bolton a spot ahead in sixth and two games to play (again, at that time of writing) to Leicester's one. If Nottingham Forest lose to Millwall, Bolton could ensure a play-off position with just three things from their final two suits.
