Undertaker vs. CM Punk Was WWE WrestleMania 29's Correct Main Event

WWE WrestleMania 29 ended with the massive rematch of The Rock versus John Cena for the companyas top championship. AIt was the second coming of a fit that was initially charged as once in an eternity, but as I sat there and saw everything unfold, I had just one thought. ACM Punk versus The Undertaker should have been the key function. I am aware what youare thinking. AaMonday morning booker. ACanat be happy with the way WWE did it, has to go and complain immediately after the big event is over, as though he can really do it any better.a Perish thinking. Genuinely, for me personally Taker and Punk was just such an epic conflict, such a great match, like the night should have ended the moment the final bell rang that it felt. Indeed, after the last part of the past Monday Night Raw, I was of that opinion right then. AAs I observed Punk dump out the urn onto Undertakeras vulnerable body, all I could think about was how large this was, how questionable it certainly would be the next day. It absolutely was big time stuff. It was so large that for the first time I must say I begun to wonder if their WrestleMania 29 showdown must be the last fit. The hype was amazing, the hype around it was enormous. APunk is used to being the talk of the wrestling globe, that much is for sure. AHe has seen his fair share of controversial times, no doubt about any of it. And this has to be in the top five. When you feel about it, with each of the talk and debates about the undefeated ability and considering the match quality that individuals are accustomed to seeing from both men, how could this match not need been the primary event? photo by wwe.com WrestleMania may be the grandest point of them all, the night that WWE shows off its top talents in the maximum fits that the industry has ever seen. AWrestleMania is the moment that Vince McMahonas company demonstrates why it is number one and why no one does it better. And the match itself not just lived as much as these requirements, but exceeded them. Chemistry. AThatas the most effective word for it. AThe Deadman and the Very Best on earth contain it by the truckload, and they had a near flawless match, because of that. ABy comparison, John Cena spent a lot of time speaking with The Rock inside their match, and the cameras picked up every word of it. Undertaker and punk rarely spoke at all throughout their bout, so anything ran very effectively, with very few moments of hesitation and pauses in the action. AIt undoubtedly felt like everything were really happening, like each Superstar were properly attempting to win the match. Picture by wwe.com The fact that this fit is currently receiving therefore much encouragement is likely maybe not lost on CM Punk, who has yet another opportunity to smile and wave, confident that he is certainly certainly one of the best abilities in the company today. AHis epic struggle with John Cena in 2011 in Chicago for the WWE Championship was voted fit of the year here on Bleacher Report and by many fans all over the world. The Bleacher Report 2012 Match of the Entire Year? ATriple H versus The Undertaker at WrestleMania 28. Again, assembled two of the best, and you get what you purchase. AAdd in the crisis created surrounding the death of Paul Bearer, and you have even more for supporters to become emotionally attached with, more to embrace and love about two of WWEas finest players. CM Punk has received these big money matches before, by which he fully puts herself on the market for the entire world to see. AHe is fearless, confident and fully with the capacity of whenever the minute occurs bringing your house down. The Undertaker is WWEas Jerry Lee Lewis, a man whom the remainder of the inventors do not desire to follow. AThis is particularly true for WrestleMania, the annual battlefield for The Deadman, by which he defends his undefeated ability and produces one more victim. photo by wwe.com CM Punk versus The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 is some of those suits that reinforces for me why I love the business enterprise so much. AThis is Ric Sparkle versus Bernard Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes versus Tully Blanchard, Double H versus Shawn Michaels. ASo much drama. ASo much talent. AAnd therefore many explanations why it deserved to function as the final fit of the night. The Rock did not come back to WWE to do in the semi-main event. AJohn Cena did not become the face of the organization by in the middle of the card. Amazement all knew which round would be the marquee competition for the morning. AI donat know if anyone considered that might actually change. But for me, that match pales when compared with Undertaker versus CM Punk. APunk at one time still considered herself to be WWE champion, though he no further had the gear. APerhaps his showdown with Undertaker may be considered WrestleMania 29as true main event. AFor me, that is most certainly the case. So says this Monday morning booker.
