One Direction - Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson - made a low-key visit to Newcastle United's base in the Benton area of the city ahead of their final night of a series of concerts at Newcastle's Metro Arena.
One Direction were finalists on the programme, while United right back Danny Simpson is dating former judge Tulisa Contostavlos.
But the One Direction heartthrob also had eyes for Newcastle wannabe Rebecca Lewthwaite, once sending her a photo of himself holding a love heart drawn on paper.
