Turnover is experienced by college football teams at every position, even at the University of Alabama, every year. But one unit, specifically, is a concern for the Crimson Tide to rebuild. As the way was paved by it to an additional national title in as much years, the offensive line was an energy for Alabama last time. But the departures of Chance Warmack, D.J. Fluker and Barrett Jones is just a major hit for head mentor Nick Saban and company. Two players are returning for the 2013 year and there's level at the career, but can this new group meet the objectives that the talented staff set last season? Here we breakdown the strengths and weaknesses of Alabama's new offensive line. Strength: Cyrus Kouandjio Kouandjio results to Alabama to protect AJ McCarron's blindside.Leon Halip/Getty Images Cyrus Kouandjio is considered by many to be a potential first-round NFL draft pick, but today he's busy defending quarterback AJ McCarron's blind area at Alabama. Kouandjio,A6a6a 310 pounds, walked in to the starting lineup last time and didn't miss a beat with the rest of the first team. He turned out to be balanced in both run and pass-blocking in 2012. Now he'll be looked upon to set an illustration for the younger players to follow. The left handle gives the Crimson Tide an elite athlete at a critical position on the offensive line. Weakness: New Replacements The departures of Barrett Jones and the others will keep a massive gap across the bad front.Joe Robbins/Getty Pictures Chance Warmack, D.J. Fluker and Barrett Jones are destined to be picked by NFL groups later this month, and changing players of their grade is no small task. Up to now this spring, sophomore Ryan Kelly has worked at middle, sophomore Austin Shepherd has worked at right tackle and senior Arie Kouandjio has worked at left guard,Aaccording to The Crimson White. None of the participants have started a game while at Alabama. They have entered activities where in actuality the Tide got out to large leads, but they've not been tasked with piecing together drives in a close-score situation. Because the Crimson Tide people Virginia Tech in Atlanta on Oct, they'll be cast into the fire quickly. 31. Strength: Anthony Steen Steen may be the only senior on Alabama's offensive line.Butch Dill/Getty Pictures Anthony Steen, or the "Steen Roller," could be the experienced veteran on Alabama's offensive line and the line's only senior. He's performed inA38 games as an associate of the Crimson Tide, starting 24 of these. Steen is recognized as to be among the strongest people on the complete team and excels in work blocking. As an advisor for the new people around him the right guard is the leader of the offensive line and will serve. He will prove to be the unsung hero of the O-line, and probably even the entire 2013 staff. Weakness: No Chemistry Problems on the area lead to an angry Nick Saban.Michael Chang/Getty Images This band of offensive linemen has never taken a snap together as a unit. Cyrus Kouandjio and Steen worked together all last season on the first-team point, while Kelly, Shepherd and Arie Kouandjio used with the next group. But the unfamiliarity with each other is a major obstacle for this class to defeat. The offensive linemen must be in sync with one another to be able to transfer the football and adequately protect the quarterback. When there is no chemistry among the participants, then they may fail in learning to be a well-fueled, healthy product. Strength: Secure of Working Shells T.J. Yeldon brings a powerful group of running backs.Matthew Stockman/Getty Pictures T.J. Last season was rushed forA1,108 yards and 12 touchdowns on 175 carriesAfor Alabama by yeldon. Jalston Fowler and Dee Hart are both returning from knee injuries they suffered in 2012. Kenyan Drake is in the fold after a freshmen year as a backup player. The Tide also welcomesAfour running straight back recruits to Tuscaloosa from the 2013 recruiting classAin Derrick Henry, Alvin Kamara, AlteeTenpenny and Tyren Jones. Naturally, the depth at running back for the Crimson Tide is heavy. With when a run play is called so many talented tailbacks working in it, the offensive line must be licking its chops.
