Darrelle Revis to Buccaneers: Planes Business Elite Cornerback to Tampa Bay

After a lot of speculation and expectation, the Brand New York Jets have ultimately dealt celebrity cornerback Darrelle Revis to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. All 16 games were started by the Pittsburgh product as a novice, buying down three moves and hitting absent 17 more. He quickly established himself as one of the game's top cover edges. Since broad devices will be on the market on it's own with him and rarely found ways to put up successful figures his side of the field was sooner or later nicknamed "Revis Island". All told, Revis completes his run with the Jets after six periods. He accumulated 294 mixed discusses, 19 interceptions, three pushed fumbles and a sack in 79 games. He also obtained three defensive touchdowns and defended just shy of 100 travels. The 27-year-old defensive straight back appeared in only two games last season. He tore his ACL in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins after already lacking the team's Week 2 game as a result of concussion he suffered in the operator. New York's decision to trade Revis does not come as an important surprise. The two sides were seemingly on different pages since the end of last season, and Adam Schefter of ESPN previously noted in March that the group was "determined to offer him." Now that the Jets did precisely that, the next problem is how they'll replace him. Trading away such a gifted person may leave an important gap in the secondary for a group that's already coming off a frustrating period. In terms of Revis, there can certainly be questions about his power to reunite in top form after lacking nearly a whole season and rehabbing a knee injury. But, given his remarkable track record, he is certainly worth the chance.
