Fulham defense Brede Hangeland believes his group should really be concentrating on a high ten finish in the category this year. The Norwegian defender thinks that the west London team is now able to focus on a half of the table after effectively securing their safety in the Premier League, as a result of their 3-2 victory over capital opponents Queens Park Rangers on Monday night. The Cottagers are on a powerful run of form, and heart straight back Hangeland is confident they can keep this for the rest of the period. "Hopefully today we may sleep well during the night, knowing we will research a little bit," and be in the group next year the Fulham chief said, according to Sky Sports. "It is so tight and when it hadn't been with this really good work recently we might have been in trouble, but fortunately we did actually turn the corner after the New Year." The defender did but acknowledge that Mondayas success didnat go completely to approach, and once the final whistle went because of the Hoops pulling two objectives back and missing a penalty that he was relieved. "I was nearly disappointed following the game since we controlled it so well in the initial half and controlled it actually well," Hangeland added. "The second half was the entire opposite so it was somewhat unusual but obviously we are happy to obtain the three points." Fulham, who will now consider themselves safe from the drop, may in-fact leapfrog Swansea City and move into place in the table if they get their game at your fingertips.
